Currently Copilot is there, but its "repo only" meaning the skills are added to the repo that you initialize it in. Seeing as you support Cursor which is based on VSCode - can you add the same support for VSCode? IMO Copilot is mainly used in VSCode (if not for cli version).

VSCode did not support that (global ~/.copilot or ~/.github ) up until recently, hence the gap.
