Support Ocean custom integration hosted by Port

Currently the Ocean custom integration is supported only in self hosted mode. We would like to support it also in hoosted by Port mode, with a UI interface for installation.

Test connection when installing a new data source

Enable users to validate integration setup before full installation by testing connectivity, access, and basic permissions. Reduce setup errors and improve user confidence in integration correctness during onboarding.
