When a user views their list of self-service action runs via "My Inbox", it only displays the Name of the self-service action. If you kick off a bunch of runs, there is no way to tell which one is which as they all have the same name. There should be some sort of "Title" or "Short Description" field on these that is visible in the My Inbox "Runs" tab so that you can quickly find a specific run.

Example: A self service action to create application release. If a dev creates 3 releases for 3 different apps, they cannot tell which one is which in the "Inbox" page. They all have the same name and no distinction between them
