Sometimes we would need to change the ownership of entities between integrations.

At the moment this is only supported via a script which changes the ownership between legacy github app and the github ocean integration.

Some of our customers are in need to change ownership between existing integrations.

At the moment, the ownership is an internal property which is not exposed to the customer or to the support team.

We want to have the option to allow admins to change ownership of entities between integrations either by a script or by and API call.
