Bar chart - Aggregated properties & the ability to display by fields other than count

We have a use case for the bar chart where I want to "rollup" an aggregated metric by team. The current bar chart displays the data by count i.e. if team a & b both have a count of 3 the bars appear stacked. I'd like to be able to specify a field to display on the Y axis.
