Teams managing Port through IaC have no way to configure BYO LLM providers (/v1/llm-providers) via Terraform. The only path today is direct API calls, which breaks GitOps workflows and makes LLM config a manual out-of-band step.

Request is for the ability to configure LLM providers via TF so config changes can be auditable, reviewable, and reproducible from code.
