Controlled Placement & Visibility for Auto-Generated Catalog Pages

When a new system/auto-generated blueprint is created — including system/auto-generated ones like _ai_conversations or MCP connectors, Port automatically generates a catalog page and places it at the top of the sidebar, making it immediately visible to all users. This bypasses existing RBAC configurations, disrupts carefully curated catalog experiences, and happens without any admin notification or confirmation. Affected organizations must reactively identify the source, hide the page via RBAC, and adjust navigation, with no automation path available to remediate this at scale, since pages cannot be managed via Port automations.
The requested fix involves three changes: (1) restore behavior of appending new pages to the bottom of the sidebar rather than the top, (2) default new pages to admin-only visibility, requiring explicit promotion to make them visible to all users (3) notify admins in advance when Port introduces system blueprints that will auto-generate new catalog pages. These changes would ensure predictable, least-surprise behavior for organizations actively curating their portal experience.
