We’d like to implement a simple, smiley-face-style NPS (Net Promoter Score) widget to gather feedback on users’ experience with the portal or the services we’ve developed.
This widget would be located in the corner of the screen and should be easily accessible- developers can click on it at any time to leave quick feedback.
The NPS form should connect to a custom backend, allowing us to store the responses in our own database for further analysis and usage.
