As the volume of self-service actions continues to grow, users are often required to guide colleagues through various processes.

To improve the user experience and streamline access to these actions, I propose adding a feature that allows users to share direct links to self-service actions. This feature would be accessed via a 3-dot menu associated with each self-service action.

The 3-dot menu should include an option labeled "Share Link" or similar.

When the "Share Link" option is selected, generate a unique URL that directs the recipient to the specific self-service action.

Ensure the URL includes parameters to automatically open the corresponding form upon navigation.
