Display all "Waiting for approval" runs in the "My runs" panel

Currently, the "My runs" side panel only displays action runs that executed by the current user

We would like to display in the "My runs" side panel, all the action runs that need to be approved by the current user, even if the run was executed by other users.

Right now if an action requires manual approval, you have to actually go to the action run page to access the approve and decline buttons.

Sometimes a user will execute multiple actions that all require manual approval. It would be easier and faster to approve these actions if the buttons were visible in the actions sidebar

Currently you can see only runs you triggered in your "in-progress" runs panel, but if I'm an approver for an action I want to see it also, even if I didn't trigger it
