We request that this feature be prioritised in Port, as many approvers use Microsoft Teams to review and approve requests. Teams enables them to approve requests from anywhere, even when they do not have immediate access to email.

Adding this capability to Workflows and SSAs would enable smoother approval processes. Approval notifications should be sent to the approver’s Microsoft Teams account in addition to email.

Teams support be extended to Port Workflows

We’d love to see this feature prioritized. Our developers need the ability to send Microsoft Teams notifications when a service is failing to satisfy scorecard thresholds, plus other operational use cases (e.g., alerts on deployment issues, SLA breaches, etc.).

Having Teams notifications would greatly improve our response time and visibility, especially since we use Teams as our primary collaboration tool. Thanks!
