Currently, when a user closes the announcement banner, it remains hidden until the admin updates the message. Customers expect the banner to reappear on page refresh or re-entry (unless permanently dismissed by an admin).

Request to add an option allowing admins to configure whether a banner should persist after user dismissal ensuring important messages remain visible until explicitly removed or expired.
