Currently, the current RBAC model (https://docs.getport.io/actions-and-automations/create-self-service-experiences/set-self-service-actions-rbac/dynamic-permissions/) only allows administrators to filter self-service action visibility based on teams or role.

This feature request is about the possibility to use a more complex approach based on properties from user profile or from the team properties of which he is a part of.

Kind of the field "policy" but which can't be used for this purpose today.
