The Runs tab on an entity page currently shows only runs of classic self-service actions. Runs of workflows that were triggered on that entity don't appear there, so teams migrating from actions to workflows lose the run history in the entity context. Show workflow runs in the entity Runs tab, alongside or instead of classic action runs, with the workflow name, status, trigger user and a link to the workflow run page.
