Specify approval emails via dynamic permissions

Currently it is possible to configure an action to dynamically determine whether a user has a right to approve. However when the action is approved, all possible approvers are sent an email even those who were not eligible to approve the action. Ideally there would be a way to use dynamic permissions to specify who approval emails are sent to.

Customers should not use dynamic approvers in combination with static approvers in a Self Service Action permissions.
This will result in emails getting sent to everyone in the static section regardless of whether they have the ability to execute the action.
Best practice is to either use only static approvers or only dynamic approvers.
This will ensure that only people who have the ability to approve an action are alerted.

We have an action with an input were you can select the approvers and we need this feature so they can be notified.

FYI product this can be ignored. We found an alternate solution.
