Support for service accounts

Introduce support for service accounts within Port to enable automated, non-human access to the platform for integration, automation, and management purposes. Hey Guillaume Hanique Etienne Jacquot, we just released the ability to create service accounts with our existing users RBAC mechanism.
It is explained in the docs here - https://docs.getport.io/sso-rbac/rbac/#service-accounts.
Notice it requires having User and Team as blueprints feature enabled. You can find a guide to what is it and how you can enable it here -

We are now working on this feature, enabling creating service accounts that have the same permission model as any other user, including relating them to team.
