To include errors/warnings related to the regex pattern of file path in kind "file" in the Audit log/Event Log

The GitHub app's Audit or Event logs do not warn or error when the file path's regex pattern is incorrect in kind "file". Adding the relevant error or warning will reduce the time it takes for the user to recognise the issue.
