User approval when doing Client Secret rotation

Today, if a user clicks on the Client Secret rotation by mistake, the key will rotate without approval.

So the idea here is to add user approval so the user will approve this request.

I was envisioning somewhat of an approval process on the rotation of the tokens in the sense of having a group of people sign off on the request

But I may be describing something departing from the original feature request - my apologies if that's the case
